The main housing design for an autonomous underwater vehicle (in progress).

This project was completed for AUVIC (the Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Interdisciplinary Club) at the University of Victoria.
The external main housing design needs to seal properly, support the internal structure, accommodate the wiring connections, accommodate the internal camera, and correctly fit onto the submarine's main frame.
The design required communication between the electrical and mechanical designers, sourcing components, and seeing the design through from paper to assembly. It is currently being machined and assembled.
