My work as a Staff Writer at the Martlet, the University of Victoria's independent student newspaper.

As a staff writer for the student newspaper, I write articles bi-weekly that cover a broad range of topics.

The work requires much scheduling, research skills, information organization, interpersonal skills, creativity in writing and graphics, and communication.

My favorite topics to cover are new technology trends, tech industry news, women empowerment events and issues, theater reviews, and student club profiles.

My work at The Martlet has given me an opportunity to pursue my passion in merging media and technology.
