Mechatronics Autonomous Sorting Embedded Systems Project

A current project that involves coding a micro controller to interface seamlessly with the mechanical motor and component setup.

This project is being completed in teams of two for a mechatronics course at the University of Victoria.

The entire system automatically sorts materials by type. The goal in the project is to successfully sort all the material pieces in the shortest amount of time.

The project is challenging because it involves designing the logic for the MCU, designing the interfacing circuit, and optimizing the system run time.

This project is currently in progress.
